NSO birth certificate errors: post your complaints here

I just got a complain from an Angel's burger worker named Analisa Caminos
she said that her husband's NSO copy has errors and that it was different from the original birth certificate.
HIs original birth certificate is named- Arnel Pardillo Palomar
but the NSO copy has another name: Arnel Pardillo Bacus

now he can not use his NSO birth certificate in applying for job.
Its been one year now and he could never get a job since all companies need NSO copy birth certificate.
if he wants the error corrected he need to pay more than P1000.00
They could even barely survive with her salary now(her husband has no work yet).
now they have to take a loan just to pay NSO to correct their own mistake.

Note the original birth certificate has no errors, its the NSO copy that has errors.

Why do we have to pay for their mistake?

I hope people will post their complaints about NSO errors, because I suspect these errors are intentional.
I already heard a lot of complains about these NSO errors.
We have to do something about it.

Naa pod ko kaila nga sa Certified True Copy sa LCR, complete ang nakabutang. Pero pag abot sa NSO nga Birth Certificate kay walay name sa iyang mama and her mother's nationality. Unsa man ang buhaton ani?
