    Default Monster launches 2012 headphones line-up in Singapore


    Monster has collaborated with Diesel to produce the Diesel VEKTR (left pic), which aims to offer consumers comfortable and premium quality audio enjoyment in a stylish and compact design. The VEKTR has a silkscreen Mohican head on both ear cups with contrasting black, grey and brushed aluminium, finished with rubberised paint. The cables also feature a special triangular section that prevents tangling.Inspired by one of Asia's most prominent producer, J.Y. Park, the Diamond Tears claims to incorporate similar technology used in Beats by Dr. Dre headphone line. Its cosmetic design is based on the moniker "edgy like diamonds and smooth like tears", and looks visually stimulating and daring that many consumers might like. The Diamond Tears is targeted at young audiophiles who want an superb audio quality with exquisite fashion-forward design.The Monster Diesel VEKTR and Diamond Tears will be available in mid and end May at S$580 and S$669 respectively.
    The Monster Inspiration claims to be Monster's first noise-cancelling over-ear headphone that is perfect for use at home, office or on commute and flights. It features a unique angled plush ear cup and allows users to interchange their headbands to suit their style preferences at any time, any day. The Inspiration also incorporates noise cancelling and isolation technology that can block out noise for your immersive audio enjoyment. The Monster Inspiration headphones will be available end of May at S$669 in titanium or pearl white finish.
    For the active lifestyle and athletic consumers, the iSport headphones (left pic) is sweatproof and washable, and provides hassle-free experience while engaging in strenuous activities. It is designed to deliver supeior audio performance with great clarity, articulation and deep bass, and comes with advanced noise isolation technology. The angle of the ear pipe is fully adjustable that it contours to the unique angles of each ear, and the headphones features ControlTalk inline control system that users can access music playback control via their smartphones. For those who are interested, there is also a yellow iSport LIVESTRONG edition, whereby part of the money would go to the LIVESTRONG foundation.The Gratitude headphones is a collaboration with popular American band, Earth, Wind & Fire, and boasts specially engineered noise isolation technology for impressive audio quality. It sports an eye-catching rose gold finish, and is designed and personally tuned by the band. The Monster iSport and Gratitude headphones are selling at S$290 and S$369 respectively. The iSport LIVESTRONG edition is retailing at S$309.
