Guys and gals, I am referring to the real act between two people here.. the sense of actual physical touch.

OFWs, those who work aboard ships, and just about everyone active enough.. I mean to exclude virtual encounters on e-media like skype, instant messaging, fb.. etc.. but real actual touch.

Why should they be exempted? Yes it applies to all... but the most obvious affected group here is our OFW population.

I used to serve one of our embassies abroad.. patriotic service kay wala man ko nag work didto.. tabang tabang ra gud.. your answer echoes the stories I gathered from our other kababayans.. 3 to 6 months is about there is for the Pinay in the 30s-40s age bracket.. and much shorter for those in the 20s.
