Hello,

Looking for a Female flatmate to move in next month (May). Flat/Room is in a Three Storey Apt/Building. Walking distance to Mabolo church. We split the rent and utilities evenly. Meters are provided. Prepare to share 5k every month. That includes everything already. Rent, Power and Water.

Room is only good for 2. (you and me) Shower & Toilet within the flat/room. A/C provided, we share the Queen Bed (unless you want to sleep on a foam mat on the floor.)

I have a tv/dvd/cable we can share. I can provide you an internet stick if you have your own laptop and we can share my printer. I also have a hot/cold distilled water machine. Laundry is provided in the building per kilo.

The rent share includes utilities already. (power and water) There are 2 parking slots inside the gate with security. (First come, first served.)

No pets. No drugs/alcohol. No curfew. Very quiet area, second floor with nice view. Completely tiled, clean apartment building.

Flatmate should be at least 21 years old, willing to do her share of the cleaning and be respectful to everyone in our building. She should have a job/means to pay and will be interviewed by myself if we have a "fit."
