Why globe still survive ? Even though, Globe telecom has the worst Internet provider why the government will not intervene to put their act together or will be out of business. There are numerous complaints about Globes Internet going off and on every 5 to 10 minutes every single day , they tried to send different tech people and the problem still the same especially in northern town of Cebu. No one knows if they are capable to fix the problems no one knows except Globe alone. Problem with Globe internet? Share to every istoryan members....

for me, dili lang globe, uban na ang smart at sun.
they're always advertising 3G and 4G. naa mga lugar na wala pa jud 3G and yet they're charging the same for lousy gprs access.

Smartbro also unreliable. Actually I'm extremely dissatisfied with both companies. Unreliable service from Smartbro and poor landline signal from Globe, not to mention that I had a faulty iPhone from them which after one month they sent to Hong Kong never to be seen again.

Im using Globe internet, before kato dial up pa kay daghan ko ug problema pero karon kay naka dsl naman ko, mga more than 5yrs na tali, so far Im satisfied na sa Globe.

Daghan na ta bro! Bisan si Mon Tulfo na suko kaayo sa Globe mupatawag ug senate inquiry kay dako kuno na charge sa mga drop call nga iya na experience.

I am one of Globe’s subscribers, who number by the millions, and I am being charged for dropped calls, bad signal, error in connection and ring tones that I didn’t ask for.

Dropped calls are calls which get cut while you’re in the middle of a conversation with the person on the other end.

When you call the same line again, you don’t hear the voice on the other end. You call for the third time and the screen says: “error in connection.”

You are told by friends that you constantly change your ring tone, when in fact you didn’t ask for it. Then you are charged for it.

Without knowing it, subscribers are being gypped by this telecoms firm."
