Executive Mosaic runs a business development network that connects several hundred employees at dozens of firms. We are in our 10th year of operation and have an expading client base.
To support and manage our operations, we are looking to hire a full-time software and data specialist who has professional experience working with Salesforce CRM.
We are in our second year of hiring home-based Filipino writers and hope to establish an office in the Philippines in 2012.
Home-based Salesforce CRM Specialist
Central Visayas - Cebu City
Responsibilities:
The succesful Salesforce specialiast will analyze how to effectively manage our CRM, updating invidivual accounts and producing several custom reports to demonstrate effective practices.
The specialist will also automate tasks to improve efficiency where possible.
After standardizing these practices into our workflow, the specialist will be given opportunities to expand our use of Salesforce and take on the role of Salesforce Manager.
Succesful applicants will be able to:
- Manipulate and groom large data sets
- Easily access and update customer/individual records
- Generate custom reports that include information/lists from several folders and fields
Requirements:
At least 2 years of Salesforce experience is required, and any certifications in the CRM software is a definite plus.
Candidate must possess:
- Solid English speaking and writing abilities
- at least a Bachelor's Degree
- Their own computer and reliable internet connection
- Skype and Paypal accounts
- Preferably based in Cebu City
Contracted workers will be expected to work exclusively for Executive Mosaic and not split time with other jobs or professions.
