Default 2 years ago, Oil Price Hike.

As much as I could remember oil price hits Php 60+ per liter, then fare increase for taxi and PUJ.
Then series of roll back take effect and yet no rollback for taxi and PUJ fare.
But as of now Oil price hits Php57+ per liter and they're asking for increase of taxi and PUJ fare (bus and tricycle will follow). The previous fare increase covers their expenses (operators and drivers) for Php60+ per liter of gasoline/diesel. How come they will demand another fare increase?

If this situation keep on repeating, I mean if they will increase taxi and puj fare then a series of rollback will take effect then it will reach again to 57-60 pesos per liter another fare increase will be demanded from transport group or operators/drivers.

Without knowing 5 to 10 years from now, minimum fare will be 50 pesos and yet the oil price plays 57-60 pesos.

    Correct me if I'm wrong.

    tnx.
