hi guys, i know naa ra instructions ani sa paypal site but I need your inputs on this especially sa kadtong naka gamit na. And tips on what bank/account to get. thanks!

any atm account in your name will do for withdrawing. enroll/add your account to your paypal, then when your're going to withdraw wait 4 to 5 business days (or sometimes more ) for your money to arrived..
