Problem with Online Games

hello!

i really need professional help here.. Mobius and Globelines can't seem to find solution with regards my problem...

you see, last january 22, i had my GLBB upgraded.. so for 2 days, i was internet-less.. before the upgrade, the connection was fine.. during the upgrade, they changed my modem, my cabinet ports, everything..

and so now when i play Online Games, such as Rakion Chaos Force, there are times where i can't see other players and NPCs.. in rakion, if i start a game from the very beginning (round 1), i see everything.. but if i join a game that has already started, i can't see creatures and other players, and vice versa, they can't see me.. but say, i already entered the game and i see nothing, then a player enters the game after me, then i see that player already..

Globelines said that it can't be their problem coz how come i can play fine if i start from round 1..
Mobius said i am the only one with a current such as this..

thinking it could be my PC, i started all over again (reformat) (updated drivers) etc..

yet it's still the same..

here are my PC specs:

P4 2.0Ghz
512MB RAM
120G HD
Radeon 9600 Pro 256MB

pls help.. i have been experiencing this since the upgrade of my connection..

update: i tried playing in a cafe and so far it was fine..

try restarting ur router daw to get a new ip

murag ang main nimo nga problema kay kana ra nga GAME dba?? sa lain games nimo wala ka magprobema or sa lain nimo Online games?

murag sa game ra jud na nimo bro, kay OK ra man ang dagan sa imong net og pc...naa sab tay kaila ana diri nga same problem ra mo...

nahitabo na sad na sa ako.. pero kausa ra nga higayun.. im using PLDT DSL.. the time i join the game my couzin notice that he cant see my character.. but i can see them and the others..

GLobelines sucks bigtime! naa man sad problema ang PLDT DSL pero its way much better...

globelines does not suck.. dpende mana sa imong game duwaon.

i play war3 ladder on bnet and i have way better ping to all the gateways than those who use pldt
