    Default Is it legal na ang employee i-transfer ug lain-lain na agency?


    need advise:

    is it legal na ang employee i transfer ug lain na agency pag human sa contract sa lain na sad na agency with the same company para ma stay ang employee sa company where he/she is in?

    kay sa kalisud sa trabaho karon mo sugot na lang sad ug ing ana na sestema.

    salamat sa pag basa..

    morag depende na sa company... if ang contract nila between company og agency is naexpired na then pwed ka ma transfer depende sa company nimo..

    but kong sa agency ka na ngaply depende ghapon sa contract nimo sa agency... if kong ganahan ka mo balhin og agency then buhi pa imong kontrata.. dili ihatag sa imong mga bonosis or separation bana etc.. hehe

    I think depende na sa company. Kung nakabutang sa contract legal ra na cya.. Hmm, gatipid na ang company nimo kay para na dili sila kabayad ug same benefits sa mga directly hired

    PWede raman siguro... Basta wala lang ge pugos ang employee pag pirma ug contract.

    kuyawa ana ue.....akong pangutana nimo TS....okay raka ana? i mean dili ka ganahan nga ma regular employee ka? This is exactly the point of those people nga gusto ipa basura ang contractualization ....

    But if ang contract nimo TS is with same benefits sa mga regular employees ana nga company then okay rana....but if you are getting less....then i guess dapat ka mobalhin....

    bitaw, agree ko ani... dapat ka mubalhin jud if you are getting less... kay i think kung cge ka balhin balhin ug agency, it gives me an impression contractual ra japon ka meaning sayang mga months nga nilabay na dapat regular na unta ka... good luck!

    no, dili same sa mga reg employee. but they keep me in the company but inig ka human sa akong contract balhin ug lain agency and im tired of it.. ngita nalang ko lain work.. but i would like to know if mka sue ta sa company or agency?

    di jud ko ok ana bro.. gikapoy nko balhin1 ug agency cge ug renew.. mangita nalang ko new job... but kani lage pamilyado ta di ta basta-basta mo balhin nalang kay basin dugay mka kita work.. but who knows? ako pa huna2on kaau.
