I've tried it myself first before posting this! So far okay man siya sa akoa, so I'll offer this one to my fellow istoryans!

I started taking this on DECEMBER 2011, with a starting weight of 186.6lbs

I should've lose weight more faster but since I have to order this from the other country, it took me weeks late to take the coffee again.

- mo nindot ang kutis (ako mama nka notice ani, not sure though. but mao ila ingon. why? kay naa man ginkgo biloba!)


UNSA IMONG BATI-ON:

- you won't feel na gutomon ka. that's why you have to remind yourself to eat na!
- dali ka mabusog. oh yes, kani ako pinakaganahan. i get to eat what i want but dali ra ko mabusog.no matter how much i want to eat more of my favorite food, busog na jud!
- dali ka lud-on / choosy sa food. another thing nga ganahan nako, ingon pa sa akong kuya sa akoa "TANAN FOOD LAMI MAN SA IMO" but now, I'm choosy na. i just take milk sometimes if di ko ganahan jud.

SIDE EFFECTS:

- DIZZY. kung pareha ka nako nga busy, so obviously di na ka kabantay nga ting kaon na kay di naman ka gutomon, since gutom na jud unta ka. ma dizzy nuon ka. so EAT LANG JUD! have a friend to remind you to eat na.

- HEADACHE. if you're like me again, just like what I mentioned above, sometimes I ignore that I am dizzy kay I'm facing the computer all day. so i'm guessing I just need to close my eyes. LOL. But if mag welga na akong lawas, mo sakit na akong ulo. so again, EAT, EAT, EAT! maski gamay lang, else pag milk or milo lang.

- TUBOL. (pasenxa sa word) but really naka notice ko ani. mao ni lisod sa akoa kay di man ko mahilig vegies, so the more ko naa ani. and usahay ra mi naay fruits so wa jud mao ning resulta. So another tip, eat vegies or take fruits. What I do is eat or drink yugort or yakult (OK ka ba tiyan!?)

Jan 2012 : my weight was 181.3lbs

CONTINUES TAKING STARTS HERE:

Feb 2012: my weight was 178.8lbs
March 2012: my weight was 174.4
April 2012: (checked on april 1) it is now 169.2lbs

LATEST UPDATE
September 2012:I am now 162lbs

NOTE: I am a home base worker, I sit all day so I don't work out. I think I'll lose more if I do some exercise too. But then, I have no time.

The dress above was bought for me by my sister from the US. When I got it, DILI SIYA MASIRA. ingon ana siya ko ka tambok sauna. Now, it fits me well. Medyo luag pa gani gamay and when I wear this to church naka lingi sila nako kay ayha pa nila na notice ug ayo nga ni niwang jd ko. hurray!
