dali ka mabusog. oh yes, kani ako pinakaganahan. i get to eat what i want but dali ra ko mabusog.no matter how much i want to eat more of my favorite food, busog na jud!

dali ka lud-on / choosy sa food. another thing nga ganahan nako, ingon pa sa akong kuya sa akoa "TANAN FOOD LAMI MAN SA IMO" but now, I'm choosy na. i just take milk sometimes if di ko ganahan jud.
SIDE EFFECTS:

DIZZY. kung pareha ka nako nga busy, so obviously di na ka kabantay nga ting kaon na kay di naman ka gutomon, since gutom na jud unta ka. ma dizzy nuon ka. so EAT LANG JUD! have a friend to remind you to eat na.

HEADACHE. if you're like me again, just like what I mentioned above, sometimes I ignore that I am dizzy kay I'm facing the computer all day. so i'm guessing I just need to close my eyes. LOL. But if mag welga na akong lawas, mo sakit na akong ulo. so again, EAT, EAT, EAT! maski gamay lang, else pag milk or milo lang.

TUBOL. (pasenxa sa word) but really naka notice ko ani. mao ni lisod sa akoa kay di man ko mahilig vegies, so the more ko naa ani. and usahay ra mi naay fruits so wa jud mao ning resulta. So another tip, eat vegies or take fruits. What I do is eat or drink yugort or yakult (OK ka ba tiyan!?)
