Wordpress Fatal Error After Installing Theme HELP

Hello WP masters. Naa ko problem.

I searched and downloaded a free theme from
the internet and installed it in my wordpress site.

now after I activated the theme - it will show this ERROR:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function hybrid_get_prefix() in /home/rvyapmd/public_html/wp-content/themes/hybrid-news/functions.php on line 46

even if I type in my home address or go to the wp-settings, I would still get
the same error. Now I am guessing it's probably the theme.

How can I wipe the theme? and change it to its previous one.

Anyways, my website is hosted by hostgator.

Any help would really mean much to me. Thanks in advance.

pero if mu.login ka sa imo account sa wp bai mka.sulod ka?

try adto sa wp-login.php

or if d madala login sa imo hosting account nya i.delete and folder sa theme sa imo wp themes directory

mu.revert to default theme rana cya automatically

my explanation is bit technical...

if you can still access wp-admin just go to appearance > themes then switch your theme to the default one,

worst case scenario.... that function hybrid_get_prefix() doesnt exists in your functions.php it could either be na overwrite imo functions.php or corrupted ang theme

functions.php, is loaded on initialization sa wordpress wp-settings uses wordpress bootstrap and function php is called during wordpress bootstrap initialization... so mo error jud na siya...

sa wordpress nag gamit man gud siya ug callback functions so i load sa niya tana before niya i execute...

best straight forward solution using ftp... rename your theme and then rename the default theme similar to the old name of your erring theme...

Step1: hybrid-news to hybrid-news_
Step2: twentyeleven to hybrid-news

for filezilla press lang f2 unya add ug underscore sa end or start sa filename,
