Default To Fluid or Not To Fluid?

To Fluid or Not To Fluid?, who among you here develop fluid designs?

in web designing/development there 3 types of design FIXED,ELASTIC and FLUID...

fluid design can work at any device from Desktop to Mobile, there are lot of fluid css framework out there, i prefer 1140 grid, it works well on 1280 monitor, and it looks good down to mobile..

960 grid system is good but outdated

    ikaw unsay prefered nimo?

fixed + responsive layout? first time i heard, do you have a sample? because this two are two different animals, must be a hybrid

if its fixed then its not responsive AFAIK...

gamay rag deperensya ang responsive layout ug fluid

here's and example of responsive layout -> The MINI Mob | Where the MINI heart beats, where MINI lovers meet

resize lang ang imo browser, the site is design for iphone and tablet

fixed ni siya nga pagka design but i converted it into responsive layout, naa pay gamay problema but we are revamping the whole site into a fluid design since most people in SG are using either Table or Smartphone, hasta ang forum niya which is not design to be fluid akong gi fluid... so no more need for mobile apps... web apps naman ang trend karon...

another sample of fluid design -> http://www.ghosthorses.co.uk/ resize lang ang browser

GoodSpace - mao na ang fixed with responsive layout.

Dashboard | Starlight Premium Admin Template - mao na ang fluid

ako pasabot sa fixed + responsive is naa sya maximum width

sa fluid dili ka mag specify ug width percentage rajud imong gamit
