    Job Position: Support Agent - Philippines

    Job Location: Cebu,Philippines

    The MediaMind Support Agent will be the first point of contact for our clients to the global support organization. They will be responsible for providing timely technical support to our users via phone, email and issue tracking system.

    The role will provide platform support, administrate accounts and troubleshoot technical issues to MediaMind clients and internal users.

    Due to the technical nature of the support a background in IT/computer science/web development is a must as the user should be able to read HTML and understand internet technologies.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    Provide support for the MediaMind platform
    Validate and qualify issues received via email into cases
    Answer and log support phone calls from clients
    Administrate account permissions
    Working in shift in coordination with other team members
    Take an active role in building and maintaining the support knowledge base and manuals

    Qualifications:

    At least 1yr experience in Customer Support role
    B.SC or IT related degree from a leading university
    Knowledge of Internet technologies - should be able to read and write HTML,other programming languages an advantage
    Familiarity with marketing an advantage
    Excellent English a must
    Good people skills and teamwork abilities


    Job Position: Support Engineer - Philippines

    Job Location: Cebu, Philippines

    The Support Engineer is an experienced front-end web/flash developer with excellent troubleshooting abilities, mastering in fixing other’s bugs, working in cooperation with other support agents and in-market teams to ensure the timely response to clients and the successful operation of MediaMind online advertising campaigns.

    In this fast-paced and dynamic role, the Support Engineer should be to date with all recent web technologies and techniques, including Flash, HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, Ajax and more to be able to resolve conflict between MediaMind ads and the range of websites.

    The Support Engineer also supports the media agencies, publishers and creative agencies with general support actions such as account/user management, platform issues and reporting.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    Troubleshooting simple to complex conflict between MediaMind ads and the websites
    Troubleshooting simple to complex Flash assets and creative execution
    Working in shift in coordination with other team members
    Supporting Search campaigns
    Coordinating with the in-market Client Service teams
    Providing timely and helpful responses to users queries
    Take an active role in building and maintaining the support knowledge base and manuals
    Feed the product and training teams with feedback regarding product usability and training needs which can be identified from the nature of the support cases the shift is handling

    Qualifications:

    At least 3 years of experience in front-end web or Flash development
    B.SC from a leading university
    Service orientation
    Knowledge of Internet technologies:
    - HTML, CSS
    - Browsers
    - High level JavaScript or Flash (ActionScript 2, ActionScript 3)
    - Flex – an advantage
    - HTML5 – an advantage
    - Server side programming – an advantage
    Familiarity with online advertising – an advantage
    Mobile advertising experience – an advantage
    Excellent English – a must
    Good people skills and teamwork abilities

    pm daw additional info sa job sir, kung mahimo apili nalang sab pila range sa sweldo and benefits pud. I am currently working as a Level 2 tech so basin ganahan ko ani. Salamat daan brad.

    honestly, wa ko kibaw pila ang range sa sweldo on average kay lahi2x man cguro mig sweldo diri, based sa experience. pero this what i can say, naa koy mga kauban diri nga TSE with flash-programming ang background nya mga taga-manila (4 sila karon with 1 coming pa), it's proof enough nga competitive jud ang sweldo nga willing sila mutransfer from manila to cebu, nya mas dagko bya nag rates didto sa manila. please take note lang pud nga mga TSE ni sila. ang bottomline lang jud noh kay wa ko kibaw sa mga sweldo sa akong mga kauban, akoa ra jud akong nahibaw-an, di man ko nahan mangutana gud.

    there are still open slots for TSAs pero what we really need are TSE, with still need around 20 people for this position, last time my manager mentioned it.
