gaming = no, an i3-2120 can beat the FX6100 in most games.
heavy multithreading = fx series does fine but won't beat i5 2500 above
wattage = fx series are power hogs when overclocked and need to be overclock to achieve a good performance.

I just hope so kay if Intel decides to increase prices, I will still buy Intel processors. AMD does not have the edge in performance per Peso anymore.
