I am a member of Bodybuilding.com, I learned that its not bad at all, if once a day. As long as youre not trying to keep a built body/bodybuild. Yes there is a chance you will be fat/chubby but not much(unless more than once everyday).
If you are bodybuilding, or cutting or trying to slim down, then its a no no.
Once a week, or even 2 Big Macs in one sitting now and then isnt bad. Even John Cena eats 2 Big Macs after any PPVs as a celebration.

I worry about the cholesterol more than getting fat.. once a week is a liitle too close to my limit. Staying away as much as I could from this type of food.
I am not fond of burgers at all or any fastfood. Siguro maka remember ko ug palit ana once or two times a year ra. Although these days they are very conscious na sa ilang USDA choice of beef which is more leaner and less fat and the many low fat choices you have now and more on grilled meats and salads, its good that the trend is going towards healthy lifestyle changes.
