Is my CPU or MOBO Dead??

When i turn my pc on, nothing happens..It keeps restarting,it doesn't even show the BIOS..Upon turning it on,about 5 seconds it restarts...I thought my PSU died,so I swap a GOOD PSU but same thing happens...So it left me with 2 options, 1. BAD MOBO 2. BAD CPU??

Also tried removing everything,hdd's and fan...Only PSU and MOBO are connected..keeps restarting even with a GOOD PSU

Try using a different power switch boss, or tangtanga ang connector sa reset, basin ground na. or try another case basin naay spare diha.

try 1 stik RAM if duha na. kung usa ra imo gamit try laing RAM.

mao, hulbota lang ang mobo. pa andar lang wy casing.. psu, mobo+procie ug ram lng sa..

overtheat CPU.. di man na mo ON kung madetect niya ang thermal threshold... replace the thermal paste between CPU and HS

all ready tried what was suggested...salamat sa mga nag reply..but to no avail..same thing...i cannot see any visible signs sa cpu nga burnt xa...

Akong mobo diay is GIGABYTE ( GE-EP45-UD3R) and akong procie is C2D E7500 @ 2.9GHz OCed at 4.1GHz (stable)

also ive tried running my RAM sticks sa lain GOOD PC to check sad ang RAMs...OK man xa, PSU is OK, same thing EITHER MOBO or CPU...

I'm gonna try today runnning the CPU sa laing GOOD MOBO...usually mobo una maguba b4 cpu BANTAY lang ni nga mobo ba if mao jud guba!!!grrrr,heheheheh

as you stated OC. possible imong mobo ni bigay. did you try the clear cmos? basin ang imong stable ni unstable na.

bro suwayi lang ug laba imo mobo.. i remove ang battery and CPU then brushy ug paintbrush with soap.. i buwad sa init total summer nman.. inig ka dry try ug pa run balik basin maulian..
