and why does people working in goverment kai sometimes mag tapol?where in fact they should highly appreciated kai sila ang naa sa katongdanan..hmmmm....

me during the time nga nagkuha ko ug sedula sa cityhall.
sa kataas sa among line,ang tiguwang nga nag issue ug sedula kai nahutdan ug stab para maka issue.
she said dli na cya maka issue kai nahurot na ang iyang stab.hala?early morning aroung 10am.nahurot na ang iyang stab...so mean to say kung mahurot na ilang usa ka stab is mu stop na ilang work.?ka hayahay ra ahh....

good thing a gurl from Convergys ni reklamo sa attitude sa tiguwang...ug sa dihang na ratol si mader....lols..

Haha... Ako pud... gisapot ko atong nagkuha ko cedula... Instead 8am sila nagsugod manghatag cedula... 9.30AM na sila nangnaog para manghatag cedula... Pakapinan pa anang linya na way klaro...

Oh well... that's the bad fact in our government... lousy service... Kanyahay ra maglisud assenso...

I understand your RANTS TS.. kung DMD na ila incompetence, inefficiency ug ineffectivity sa government sector I suggest do this FF..

1. address your concern to the specific department head to the specific government agency that you are complaining.

2. kung DMD sa department head ug solusyon ang imo reklamo then u can go to the mayor's office.

3. If DMD sa mayor's office ang imo reklamo and if u feel na di nimo ganahan inyo mayor you can go to the ombudsman.

4. Media has always been a partner of the masses when it comes to concerns on public service.. try to go there if u can't handle their bad service anymore and tell to the reporter's what is your experience on this specific government agency.
