Photshop VS Illustrator

there's a little overlap between both, photoshop can still do vectors but limited, both have their own strengths and they have their own specific uses. you dont want to edit your images in illustrator and at the same time you dont want to create full drawn vectors in photoshop

Photoshop = picture editing and much more especially the latest versions. Illustrator = Vector image such like logos, banners tarps and more.

I would prefer Photoshop in newer versions coz it can play almost everything even 3D's and videos. Thats how powerful Adobe Photoshop is.

maka himo man sad ka ug vectors sa photoshop... vexel... ahehe... pero kung adto ka maghimo sa photoshop kay dako au ang file.. unlike sa illustrator na mogamay na xa kay vectors man... unlike sa photoshop na pixel...

These 2 are partners, do not compare them. Use photoshop and Illustrator together in your design, they're the best.
