what if anybody (government or private or individual) will give/INVEST 30M-50M Pesos for you to start a business here in Philippines? pero for TOURISM lang ang kwarta.... unsa kaha ang mga business nga inyo tukuran? kanang feasible.... unya ang return of investment makuha sulod sa 5-8 years lang....

i have this idea (for tourism para jud dire sa CEBU) since year 2003 pa... wala lang.... huna-huna rasad ko kutob... hehehe

i would say a retirement community for foreigners on retiree's visa. i had this idea many years ago and it's so encouraging to know that CIPC is looking for this kind of investment and is supportive to private entities. i think this belongs to 'medical tourism' and will bring in dollars as well as entice health practitioners to stay in the country (and stop brain drain).

bros, if you have investors, you might consider this. it takes one to start and the others will follow. this way we can help make cebu a medical tourism / retirement hub and attract more retirees (for everyone's benefit). :mrgreen:

30-50M for tourism, i would say improve our zoo. our weather is nice enough for a number of species.

mag abli unt mi ug retirement villas in a fenced village sa amo property daplin sa dagat nga duol ra sa city complete with a pool, jogging trail, au pairs, clinic with in-house PT/OT & nurse, driver and on call doctor, pero wa on hold pa kay naa paa lain priorities ang mga igsuon.

Nursing home community for retried filipinos abroad...with their own nurses, PT's, doctors (on call 24 hrs), pharmacy, a complete gated social community. Alot of filipionos living abroad would like to retire in cebu but there reali isn't a large community of retirees from abroad in the phils

Waterpark...somewer in mactan island - near the airport...but connected with the sea also. It should be impressive enuf to attract tagalogs and koreans...og mga kano pod..hehe
