The Irony of Our Health Services (in Cebu City)

I won't say what department, what office or officials involved...

Our government has always been against illegal drug use... especially IDU's or Injecting Drug Users...
and our government is also against Prostitution and the spread of STI's or Sexually Transmitted Infections

but the irony is that this department gives IDU's free syringes, for the reason of not spreading STI's
meaning... they are also encouraging Illegal Drug Use to prevent STI's.

One IDU, whom I know personally do not use this syringes for their personal use, instead they sell it downtown.

yup ang libre, gi negosyo... gi negosyo sa mga recipients, nga suppose to be pag prevent sa STI's nga dili ma spread thru injection sharing. ang mga recipients ra pud ang mamaligya...

yes maka devour jd tong mga injectable na addict.. but atlest dli mag puli2x og syringe diba ky mao sad na maka cause og more problems pod.. atleast if naay libre.. chances are dli cla mag puli2 og needle para inject sa elang self den ehatag na sad to sa lain.....
