CONFIRM ORDER
An initial down payment of Php 2,000 (each unit) is required to process an order, this is NON REFUNDABLE. Down payment will be done thru meet-ups or BDO bank deposit. We required down payment to minimize the incidence of fake or false transactions. This will serve as an assurance that the buyer would be buying the product.

WAIT FOR YOUR ORDER
If the item is available and once the down payment has been made, please allow us 2 to 3 days to process the order. Otherwise normal lead time takes 6 to 10 days. This is just an allowance because sometimes unexpected things happen for a reason such as delayed flights or delayed deliveries. Once the item has arrived, we will notify you immediately through call or text and schedule a meet up. Full payment needs to be done by the time of receiving of the product.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All items are guaranteed BRANDNEW and ORIGINAL and include a WARRANTY. We will give a 15 day money back assurance if found otherwise.
- All items are PRE ORDER, and thus FULL PAYMENT is required when the item is delivered.
- Please don’t order on the day you need the item. Better order on a weekday to avoid delays since there’s no courier on Sundays.
- All items posted are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you through the contact number you have entered on the order form submitted.
- Last minute changes in item specifications will not be accepted once products have already been sold. Be responsible for product specifications and features.
- Bargaining is not encouraged. Posted prices are fixed.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment will be done on a cash basis only. Credit cards, installments, trade-ins or swaps will not be entertained.
- Boxes are not sealed. We want to make sure your items are well checked to avoid complaints & factory defects. We do not allow holding or touching the unit without the buyer’s consent. We only check if all accessories, CD installer, & manuals are inside.
- A meet-up is encouraged for the purpose of knowing my credibility and gaining trust for both parties.
SERVICE WARRANTY AGREEMENT: PERSONAL WARRANTY
If the gadget encounters a defect (defective materials or production faults) during the warranty period, we will repair the unit free of service charge. Parts are not included. The customer shoulders the cost of parts and any possible incidental costs (i.e. mail, transportation, insurance, and other incidental charges) associated with shipping the product.This warranty DOES NOT cover any of the following:
- Defects or malfunctions arising from improper care, misuse or abuse of the products, normal wear and tear, negligence by the user or third party, use otherwise than as recommended by the manufacturer, or failure to follow instructions contained in the manual provided.
- Damage caused by sand/dust, water (NO exceptions for waterproof gadgets) or battery leakage or accidents/events caused by natural calamities (such as floods, typhoons, storms, earthquakes, riots, fires, etc.) NOTE: Before purchasing waterproof cameras or any waterproof gadgets, please take note that service warranty does not cover water damages. Waterproof cameras are fun but sensitive gadgets to use. Although it is RARE, it is still possible that some (not all) waterproof gadgets might fail underwater.
- Damage to or defects in accessories, including batteries, earphones and other consumables.
- Damage to or defects in any instruction or manual, any software provided or compact discs (CD) relating thereto, or any damage arising from the installation of any such software.
- Any consequential or incidental damages resulting from any breach of warranty, express or implied, applicable to the products.
Furthermore:Warranty is void if the product(s) is modified, tampered, altered, converted or repaired in any way by any person other than our staff. It is your responsibility to backup all data, or other materials you have stored in your unit. We will not be responsible for such damage or loss. Repair usually takes 2 to 4 weeks, but may be longer. All repairs warranted for 90 days.Warranty is non-transferrable.
PARTS AND SERVICE WARRANTY AGREEMENT: MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY
If the unit encounters a defect (defective materials or production faults) during the warranty period, the product shall be brought directly to any authorized service centers of the manufacturers for repair. This is subject to the terms and conditions of the corresponding manufacturer. More information about the warranty and service centers can be found at the manufacturers’ local web pages.The warranty period will not be extended or renewed or otherwise affected due to subsequent repair or replacement of the product. However, repaired part(s) will still be warranted by the manufacturer.
REPLACEMENT
We encourage you to thoroughly test the product within the Replacement Warranty Period. If a factory defect is encountered within the specified Replacement-Warranty Period, we agree to replace the unit without charges. Replacement is subject to the discretion of our technical team, and the unit is subject to thorough inspection before exchange. The Replacement-Warranty Period starts at the time of the product’s original purchase. Products approved for exchange must be returned within the specified replacement period:
- Two (2) days for: Apple Products, SLR Lenses, and Speedlights (Flash)
- Five (5) days for: DSLR, Digital Cameras, Videocams.
REPLACEMENT WARRANTY PERIOD: The days specified therein are strictly implemented –NO EXCEPTIONS shall be made.
GOOD-AS-NEW CONDITION
Unit(s) and item(s) for exchange shall be honored only if it comes with its complete box, manual, accessories, and is in its original condition. Default screen protectors and plastics must also be intact. It must be free from any physical damage (e.g. burns, cracks, scratches, chipped-off corner, etc.).Furthermore:For DSLR, Maximum allowable actuation (shot counter) is only fifty (50). If it exceeds 50 actuations, the Replacement Warranty is void.
