Please guyz, help me find out wer man nato malocate ang Tungsten E2 Service center dri cebu... Bsag battery lng.... Asa ta kapalit ana bai?

Ang problem nko is nin.ani... Charge it from 12 hours na din dali ra kau mahurot ang battery....

So wat do u think is the problem behind this?....

brand new pag palit imung E2 tol? if yes, na charge ba nimu initially for 6 hours after you opened the package?

old unit nani bro... dugay naman ni nko.... then ang problem lgi nko kay... nig charge mo abot na og 12 hours dugay kau mapuno and kng gamiton... dugay na kau na ang 3 hours... strange.... cguro need nani change battery.... wat u think naruto?

usually bro kana sya nga problem is with the battery...but na try na nmo ug hard reset ang device nmo? and also naa ka mga 3rd party applications gi install sa palm? ky usahay usa pod na sa cause...so if nka perform nka ug hard reset den same ghapon its the battery na..by the way kng mag hard reset ka ma erase tanan ang naa sa device including 3rd aprty applications...so before nmo buhaton na....perform a hotsync sa

seems to be a hardware problem that needs a battery change. basin within 1 year pa na bro gikan pagpalit and naa pa warranty? try inquiring sa ila support for phils: 1800 10-888-7256. local call ra na from a PLDT phone. mura dili sila ka replace ug battery only but naa sila repair and replacement option. free ra kung within 1 year pa and kung naa pa ka resibo sa item.

yeah..usually thats the case kng battery na ang problem dli na ma replace...just like kng mka encounter in ana amo mga customer usually they buy a new one

bring ur unit na lang sa Microwarehouse. basig they have replacement batteries for E2, pero if wala murag maka gasto ka ug mahal2x kung ipadala pa nila sa Palm Singapore. pero di ko sure ha, try lang didto. or if you wanna go for the extreme:

Fairksins2: wat i mean by 3rd party applications is software that is made for palm but not created by palm.. actually bro naa man ang local support for palm sa sykes ghapon bro(whole asia pacific)...to tell u the truth bro kng battery imo ipa replace pwede ka ingnon nga pwede ilisan but actually ilisan ka ug refurbished nga device ana....and ang labor ana would come out almost the same price sa brand new...wala tka gi discourage bro ha...im just telling u this so that u would b aware

agree ko tol. mas mahal ang pag pa replace ana kung battery issue na imung problem.
