I read one review here, but I wanna know other opinions as well. How is it? Is it worth it?
And how much more or less for 2 people? Im talking about the good ones in their menu, not the cheapest possible, nor doesnt have to be the best.
THANKS!

up, interested also
I've tried Black Angus and honestly speaking, the steak wasn't exceptional although the overall dining experience (ambiance of a 1st class restaurant, wine, etc.) was pleasant. Dining at Black Angus would average around php850/person, unless there is a set meal on the menu.
if what you want is simply a good steak (big servings), with a taste that pinoys love (slightly sweetened, medium-welldone) i would suggest BEEHIVE at Ramos st. (around php700/person for the whole meal) for imported steaks or MB's at Lapu-lapu (around php300/person for the whole meal) for local steaks with generous servings.
Eddies Log Cabin at Mango Ave. or Baseline Restaurant serves delicious local steaks at less than php350 but the servings are just enough for 1 person. and the side dishes ain't that swell.
my craving for steaks usually see me end up at MB's or to the nearest Monterey Outlet. Montery's steaks (get the T-Bones) are AGED. that's why it's a slightly darker color. this means that it's tenderier than those coming straight from the slaughterhouse. try to get the right balance of fat, since it's the fat that keeps the meat from drying up during the cooking process.
if you want to cook your own steak, then do as little seasoning as possible. marinate it in barbeque marinade for less than 3 hours and lots of grind black pepper is more than enough preparation. if grilling is too much hassle, pan-grille it using salted-butter (never margarine). the drippings and fat remaining is perfect when used for fried rice. you can also toss chopped onions on it, add a little sweet red wine and you'll have a sauce to put over your meat.
anyone here has a number sa black anguspls post lang nya thanks
