Buying pets not from cebu. HELP.

Hey, I really wanna buy a pet but its from manila, has anyone tried buying pets and have them delivered from manila to Cebu through Sea or by air?

1.) how is the transaction made?
2.) how much does it cost?
3.) Effects to the animals.

It's just like a walk in the park @TS. Granted it is a four-legged animal. All you need to do is ask the breeder if the pet you are buying has completed the required vaccines. If it is complete already, ask again the breeder to buy a (kennel) box and bring the pet to the airport.

Once in the airport, the breeder proceeds directly to the Bureau of Quarantine Office to secure a travel permit (very cheap only).

Lastly, bring the pet to the cargo area of the airline and pay the appropriate fees. As fas as I know, Cebu Pacific is cheaper compared to others. Amount to be paid depends on the weight of the animal OR the length, weight and height of the box WHICHEVER is higher.

Note: I base this on four-legged animals like dogs. If it is a croc or elephant, snake or bird, that I don't know. ^_^ Good luck.
