    Exclamation Any Suggestions About this.. ??


    Akong friend nag ask if any treatments about aning body shaking.. Nag sugod ni katong incident pag Monday.. So uhmm everytime mag steady cya di cya mo lihok or mo lingkod, matolog, feel nya mag lihok cya... so dili cya kadayun og tolog.. wala cyay tarung sleep.. dili cya mahimotang.. sahay cge xag tan-aw og water if feel nya murag mo lihok cya.. then sa inig tan-aw niya dili man mag uyog ang tubig.. if naa moi idea what to do para ma stop ni iyang gibati? Iyang buhaton nalang para di ma feel nya nga cge cyag oyog is mag lihok2x sa tiil.. mostly ma feel nya ang lihok2x sa tiil and sa back nya. Thanks.

    Advisi lang xa na ayaw lang cge huna2 na shaky iya body kay arun maka get over xa... or if free time niya iengage xa mga locomotor activities arun ma minimise na and eventually mawa kay mind set rjd na niya...
