Asa na campus sa usc and asa mu dool para magpa CAV or certify sa TOR. . usc-tc ko ni graduate, bsit.

ad2 sa registrar office naa na sa tc bai... didto lng ask kng naa ka orig copy sa tor and diploma ipa photocopy nlng daan para direteretso na kay mgtabok2 jud ka kng d pa nimo andam like ad2 ka sa engineering campus para mg bayad den balik nsad dito sa office...

Naa na sa TC ang registrar... sa Gate 4 tupad sa Machine Shop sa BSME, duol sa loading and unloading lane sa mga shuttle

Away lang kalimot pagdala ug 2pcs 2x2 picture if second time nani nimo pag kuha ug TOR... kung mgpa certify raka. picture not included

photocopy sa orig TOR and Diploma ra ang need diay? pirmiro pman nako magpa CAV.

Kato laging machine shop sa una den karun kay bag-o na nga building? adto ra ko magpa authenticate?

ang TOR kay sa registrar na nga task...but ang pag seal sa document kay sa kato ng tig.authenticate...

the process will be like this:
1. Get TOR and Diploma from your Registrar
2. Get it photocopied
3. Go to Old Machine shop building
4. Fill up form for authentication
5. Pass the original TOR/Diploma; Photocopied TOR/Diploma; The form that you filled up
6. Pay at the Cashier
7. Go back again to the old Machine shop building and get the Stamped phocopy of TOR/Diploma and its original Copy.
8. Go back to the registrar to have the stamped photocopy signed by the school registrar Mr. Yap.
