Default MAINGEAR arms TITAN 17 Desktop Replacement with Sandy-E

High performance PC System builder MAINGEAR has just given its mighty TITAN 17 desktop replacement a number of aesthetic adjustments along with some updated componentry. For one, this 17.3-inch sized bad boy is now offered with Sandy Bridge-E goodness packed inside; your choice of a Core i7-3930K or i7-3960X Extreme Edition processor.
Other new options include the ability to choose one or two GTX 580M GPUs in SLI or a Quadro 5010M with 4GB of graphics memory and 384 CUDA cores. Then there's the full-sized backlit keyboard complete with numpad, up to 32GB of DDR3 memory, up to 3 HDDs/SSDs with RAID options along with room for an optical drive (up to a Blu-ray combo drive).
Connectivity for the TITAN 17 is plentiful; it provides two USB 3.0 ports and two USB 2.0 ports, HDMI, DVI-D and DisplayPort, FireWire, S/PDIF, Gigabit Ethernet and an eSATA port.Needless to say you'll need to be prepared to cough up a decent amount of dosh to get your mits on this sucker. Prices start at US $3,499 in base form and it's available for pre-order now with free shipping. MAINGEAR is also throwing a couple game titles into the deal - Jagged Alliance: Back in Action and Batman: Arkham City.Source: MAINGEAR
