ngita pud unta ko ani. nakakita na imong sister? If yes unsa nga gym? pang exercise lang pud akng gipangita. pero basin pariha ra man siguro ang program for both girls or boys or gamay ra siguro difference..

Kung weight loss ra ang inyong purpose, pag Taebo nalang mo, aerobics or belly dancing.

Boxing if inyong purpose self defense, at the same time for weight loss. Anyway, mo adjust man pod ang instructors sa level sa trainee. Ayaw langmo ka hadlok.

Naa man ALA gym sa BTC but then dili sulit ang ilahang rates, my 2cents.

Also, pwede pud sa Holiday Gym, Citigym. Gym + Boxing.
