Looking for Fast and Efficient Writers for Hourly Pay. This opening is for a long term project!

-Must be able to write (and proofread owns work) at least 3500 words per day. (This quota is about 7 - 500 word articles per day.)
-Rate: $1.8/hr (inclusive of Odesk fees), 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week. Schedule of work is Tuesday-Saturday, 9AM-10PM GMT+8 (writers can choose 8 hrs within that time frame!)
-Daily assignments for various topics which the writer gets to choose on what topics to do based on the available daily projects.
-Articles should be high quality and should pass Copyscape.
-List of topics available will be shared via Google docs.
-This opening is for full time positions only.
-Increase in pay for outstanding writers of up to $3 per hour
-Should use Odesk software while working and should be available in Google Talk.

We only choose the cream of the crop thus, we will follow the process below for hiring the best candidates:

A. Submit your cover letter along with a sample article. (NO MATTER HOW GOOD YOUR PROFILE IS, YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REJECTED IF YOU DON'T HAVE A SAMPLE ARTICLE.)

B. A short chat interview via Google Talk. (So we can explain what the project is about.)

C. We will let you create one (1) sample article which will be 500 words to scale your skills, style and time in completing an article . (If you pass this stage, the test article will be paid $2. Otherwise, it will not be paid.)

D. The next stage is the 5 days trial for which you will be compensated $1.5/hr. Your total number of articles approved in this period should reach at least 70% otherwise, a long term contract won't be offered to you.

No, it depends on you as long as it's within the 9am-10pm time range. Part time positions are rated per article and not per hour.
