    Default startup company, co-founder needed

Hello I am a cebuano programmer, and planning to build a startup company. I need a co-founder that will handle business development. It may seem like a far-fetched dream, but isa na sa reason why I quit my senior software developer position sa isa ka company...

I'm sick of working for corporate companies More than anything else, the most important thing in building a startup company is the team itself, not the ideas.

    UPDATED:

    THE BUSINESS PLAN:

    1. The industry you're planning to enter.
    >> Web/Mobile Application

    2. The products/services you're offering.
    >> Provide a platform to LOCAL BUSINESSES (initially in cebu) for granting rewards to customers. Thus, it will create repeating customers and reffered customers - meaning more profit and promotes word-of-mouth marketing. Provide CUSTOMERS a centralized reward platform to different businesses, liberating them to maintan different loyalty cards and punch cards.

    3. The target customers/clients.
    >> Local business owners

    4. The competitive advantage of your planned business.
    >> In the Philippines I can see that there is no such thing as this (reward platform) for local businesses. Though big enterprises can afford using loyalty cards as reward platform, there are still enterprises who are not using that - maybe they think it's hassle or expensive and we will be there to solve that problem. Therefore i can tell that we have no competition as of the moment.

My plan is to adapt a LEAN STARTUP way of building a startup (more info in youtube ) - it means to determine the minimum viable product and release it as soon as possible. Then, we will listen to feedback from our target market - what they want, what matters to them and features they are willing to pay for, then we will release a new version again and wait for their feedback. In this way, we will not waste our time , passion and energy to building a product nobody wants. Basically, the product development will be agile. We will follow a 'BUILD->MEASURE->LEARN ' feedback loop. what do you think? salamat diay...
