Sorry, pero this store is very unprofessional. Mang-personal ang tag-iya.

All I did was ask about the price increase of the Xbox 360 4GB w/ Kinect. From PhP 17,800 to PhP 18,800. Ang former price kay before pa na sa introduction sa credit card installments, nya ang latter kay after na. And then instead of 7 free games, ngano ni-down to 5 nalang. Naturally, na-curious ko, kay plano unta baya ko sa Freesoul mupalit og Xbox 360. Igo lang ko ni ask gud ngano ni-increase, sayop ba diay na?

Ang gibuhat sa tag-iya?
1. Gi tang-tang bitaw ko sa ilang Facebook page
2. Gi-unfriend ko ni Rodney Lemuel V. Fortuna (owner) sa Facebook.
3. Gi-delete ang akong post.

Ngano diay, dako diay tong sayop nga ni-ask ko, as a consumer? Katong PhP 17,800 kay ila man gud tong pricing gud, wa man ko nagbuot2x ato.

Whatever the reason is for the price increase, pwede rman unta mosulti. Ma nindot pa na o dili imong rason sa price increase, imuha bya nang store so naa jud kay katungod mo-increase sa prices as you see fit; for as long as motubag lang ka, OK rman unta. Or if di man gani ka ganahan muhatag og reason, di na man cguro kinahanglan mang-personal. Business gud mo, dapat professional mo. Dili kay inyo e-censor ang mga prospective customers ninyo everytime naa sila'y questions nga wa mo ganahi. Besides, it's not like my question was out of line. Price gud to ninyo ang Php 17,800, as evidenced by the screenshots I've provided, so nganong na sala naman nuon nako nga na-curious ko about the Php 1,000 price increase?

If you look at the 3rd screenshot, naa pa gani LAIN tao ni-confirm sa price discrepancy oh. Conflict daw kay PhP 17,800 ang nakabutang nga price sa image sa Xbox 360 4GB w/ Kinect sa album sa Freesoul mismo.

Very unprofessional. Nawagtangan kog respeto.


P.S. I understand that price increases and decreases happen. Mao bitaw nangutana para ma-clarify. Wala man siguro'y bati kung igo ra mangutana, diba? Can you imagine something like this happening if you're physically in the store? Adto ka sa store nila, ask ka ngano ni mahal ang X-item, nya itaboy ka sa tag-iya tungod lang kay nangutana ka? Hahaha!

Bro, mao gi-unfriend ka namo kay puro negative imo comments. Pwede raman ta ka manawag sa amo landline kung naa kay inquiry. Para maklaro namo tubag imo inquiry. Puro man gud pang daut imo POST. Kung interested gyud ka, pwede raman ka manawag. Not all the time ma-update namo ang pricing. You have an internet connection, its impossible na wala kay landline. Unsa may purpose nimo magpost-post og negative remarks? Pwede raman ka manawag anytime.

The prices are always changing every now and then. We cannot always update the prices online since we are not yet an online store. We have customers and other matters to attend to in our store during office hours. When we are at home, we don't have an internet connection in La Montana Homes, Cabangahan Consolacion.

Try checking the threads of other shops here in istorya.net they are not always updated.

If you try to search zhaquiri's profile he doesn't even have a single thread. Doubtful ko sa purpose ani na tao. Puro lang comment2x.
