^^ salamat sa feedback brad, nakapalit nako ON Gold standard ako gipili kay nangayo man pud kog advice sa Gym's rat lounge thread and ON ila gina recommend, 100 raman pud ang ligas sa dymatize ug ON so better be sure na lang so ON na lang jud ako gipalit.
dynmatize akong gamit bro, whey and casein blend. don't know pa unsay mas epektibo ani kay bag.o ra ko nakapalit pud. unsay recommended intake ani? i know dapat motake ani after workout pero ok ra ba if motake pud ani twice a day like sa morning then afternoon after workout? mag 3months nako sge workout gud pero murag wla jud ko nigain ug weight.. any tips diha mga bros. salamat.
sa gi-tip sa akoa ni sir mio sa Gym's rat lounge, mas okay daw if 3 scoops after workout, pero mao sad lage, mas dali mahurot imong whey protein. pero kung gusto jud ka mo gain ug weight bro, patas-i imong caloric intake to 20% higher. dapat hinay2x lang ang pag gain ug weight to avoid gaining a lot of fats. bati man sad nang dako kaayo kag bukton pero dako sad kaayo kag tiyan hehe. hope maka tabang pud ni nimo:

currently weighing 132 lbs bro. above 140 ko before den sige ko jog, nidown ug 135. karon nagweight training ko, wala na jud kabalik taas ako timbang though ni shape na gamay ako muscles. nosebleed man ko aning mga calorie intake bro hehehe. currently having 2 scoops after workout, ok ra ba pud mag whey ko nig ka morning? or after workout ra jud dapat? thanks.
^^ post workout siya dapat pero pwd ra pud daw na nimo imnon every morning when you're feeling sore from yesterday's weight training.
