hi there. actually the capital would depend much on what kind of food u serve and where u wish to have ur restau. you should always consider a good location with wide parking and of course food that would suit the appetite of cebuanos. Personally, i like to eat sa krua thai, i also like cafe laguna, ug kanang mga grill hauses. as what fairy said, it depends on the kind of restaurant you want to have cause the price range can be pretty wide if you
dont specify.

Its a good time to put up a restaurant in Cebu. Ppl are really getting into the habit of going out to eat now...on a regular basis.
Ppl dont like to cook anymore plus there are alot of students and professionals living in apartments/condos either w/o kitchens,
cant cook, or too tamad to cook.
