It is much easier to over clock your processor, especially if it is a core i5-2500k or a core i7-2600k. You get to maximize the build in graphics of your processors as well because of the VIRTU feature that is on all z68 mobos. and personally i love the built in soundcards contemplating if I should get this or the Asus Maximus IV Gene Z.
