how long have you been smoking?
5 yrs - mada ra nig smile
10yrs - grabe nga motivation needed
15yrs - lisod2x na ni
20yrs - ayaw nlng pangandoy
beyond 20 yrs - mao nay gakupot sa imong baga di na pwede undangun
ako naa pa sa 10 yrs hehe

why don't you try katong ilang gi.advertise na electronica cigarette? i heard it's very effective...
Don't stop right away to prevent withdrawal symptoms. All you need to do is to minimize sticks per day and eventually you'll realized that you have already stop smoking.. just my 2 cents..
almost 7yrs na.. you already quit smoking?
Yaw nalang undang pre, lingaw man sigarilyo. haha. jk. Pero gamay-gamay nalang. Mau rana ako gibuhat, used to be a heavy smoker.
smoker ko since 2006...nihunong kog smoke new year last year hangtud karon ky wala njud ko kasmoke...
akong gibuhat ato ky nagset jud ko date nga nig jan 1, 2011 dili na jud ko musmoke. mao to tagbaw jud ko panigarilyo pag dec. 2010. smoke jud tamas ginhawa para mupul-an ko. mura gud ko ato'g fogging machine. hehehehe!! den as 2010 was down to its last few seconds, i was also down to my last stick.
ako advice nimo TS magset kag date kung nus-a jud magstart ug stop ug smoke den before that dat pagtagbaw jud ug smoke. it worked for me i hope it will also work for you. if naa gani kay migo nga nagplano sad mu-undang ug panigarilyo pagdungan nlang mu ky para magtinabangy mu nig abot sa withdrawal syndrome.

everyday minus 1 stick ka para di ka makalitan.hangtud ma stop na jd na nimo..
