Would you deliberately kiss someone you're not even physically attracted to?

I am talking about first base here and I'm wondering if how many of you guys deliberately kiss someone you're not even physically attracted to. Is it possible to kiss (like lips to lips, mouth to mouth resuscitation, esophagus to esophagus LOL) without intimately feeling anything? Is this how the yuppies are into right now? This has been an observation of mine from simple threads here in this forum. Enlighten me please.
