hi, i am posting this thread on behalf of my auntie:

she contact the seller about balto on thursday night 29 of dec. there were few texts and conversation, and my auntie decided to buy balto AM. she contact the seller that they will pick the AM on 30 dec. unfortunately it was holiday, so no banks open. so she spoked the seller saturday, sunday to follow up that they are genuine buyer and guaranteed to buy balto. monday morning she contacted the seller that they on there way to his house and he told them to wait on a certain place. she contacted the cellphone but no reply. when they managed to got hold of the seller. they have been told thats someone already pick up balto... as in gibaligya og lain. what makes my auntie angry was nalangan cla, gasolina and wala pa guyd silay paniudto . they travelled from pardo to talamban why man wala cya mo ingon sa akong auntie nga iya nang gibaligya og lain. all he just said sorry.........
i told my auntie that you will meet balto, the new owner and the seller one day..........
if you are a proper seller, you will let the buyer know or contact them asap if there were any changed of plan or deal....... my auntie and cousins were heart broken. and

how would you feel if ma experience ninyo like sa akong auntie?
what are the rules and regulations for buyers and sellers in verbal aggreement on buying and selling the puppies or dogs?
let me know your views please.

I guess the seller needed the money and you're auntie couldn't deliver on time so he had to sell his dog to another buyer who had cash on hand... I guess the rule here is "First come, first served."

yeah, so ngano wala man cya nagpahibaw sa akong auntie nga gibaligya na diay nya og lain? on the day nga kuhaon na ang dog. una pa cya ningon nga wala na!!!! so dili diay cya tao ikasabot?
