every year, maski walay new year, dghan man mamatay sa vehicular accidents...i ban nalang nato auto para walay accidente.... The government is way out of line in trying to legislate this issue.... this is a very troubling development of the government dictating our ways of life... I don't favor fireworks but i don't want anyone infringing on something so small, because that would be a step closer in infringing liberty...

Yes, there are accidents, and we have laws that penalizes people who have done injustice... that should suffice...

Yes, the Prohibition of Alcohol in the US in 1920's gave rise to Al Capone... and thanks to the prohibition, Al Capone was able to bribe the city from huge profits from the prohibtion... It seems the intended goal was very counter productive in implementation... Legislattions like this give rise to underground markets...
