Guys need your opinions and advises about immigration

Hi

I'm a Filipina a mother of 6.There ages are 23,21,16,14,12 and 11. I need your opinion and advices.

Here's my situation:
On 1999, me and my husband went to america having 10 years tourist visa. I went home after 4 months

and went back after few months. On year 2000, I gave birth to my youngest son in America. Within 3 years

I went back and forth from Philippines to USA. I went home on 2002 but since then I never went back in

Philippines. We can live normally there in USA, but my other children lived in Philippines with just nannies

arround. So, we tried to get them visa's or what so ever so that we'll be together. I paid the taxes for nine

years, we even hired attorneys yet they just lied and took the money. On 2009, my tourist visa expired, but

I didn't went back home because we can't live in Philippines, it's too difficult to live and to look for an

income for our everyday expenses. We tried hard to find how to get my children but nothing happened, just

a waste of time and money.

My visa expired for 4 years but I still live in america , but I went home last year, because I missed my

children, almost 10 years in a row i haven't seen them. But now I want to go back to US or to go to other

country to live but with my children arround, I want to bring them with me.

Can you tell me how I can get new visa or to transfer to the other country?

I really need your opinions and advices..
