GH Cebu's FEED THE STREETS...Paying it forward!!!

Hello Istoryan's!

Last night of Dec. 30, 2012, we had our FEED THE STREETS Program all over CEBU! From Lahug to Mabolo to SM area to White Gold Area to DSWD area to Mango avenue down to Fuente area!

In attendance were, joylove, deks, adz, jhanjhan, nardz, nardz's 3 lovely daughters (who were HIS exact carbon copy! heheh), depzi, me angel_brey, annerhexian & loverboy elvandesantos...

One of the beneficiaries we gave our snacks to were 2 boys on the side walk of JOLLIBEE Gorordo who were DRINKING from a pipe at the side of a CANAL! We stopped to give them Juice, Bread, Noodles & some candy stuffs! Seeing that really broke our hearts and we wondered where the hell their parents are and why they are drinking from a pipe near the canal!

We then proceeded to Fuente area to look for people to give them to but sad to say, we were'nt able to find and along the way nardz car broke down and so we helped them first! It took us a long time to finish with nardz car and so we had to hurry and give out the food to whoever beggar we could find and so we went to Watson's fuente area where jhanjhan ws waiting for us with 4 lovely little angels waiting for our food for them! They sang for us a little and a Half American Half Filipino guy came up to us and asked us who we were and what were we doing that or, the giving of food to the kids and jhanjhan, the spokesperson of the hour, told him, we were just doing that for charity and for the sake of just helping the kids and those less fortunate people than us! He asked for the details of our group and exchanged cards with us because he said he would like to help and take part one of these days! Hehehe

At the side of Cybergate mall was where we finally hit it off since all the beggars and homeless were staying for the night under the shade of the side of the buildings and in the cold night! We gave them what was left of our food supplies and then went off! We had a lot of thank you's, we had a lot of Merry Christmas and a happy new year greetings, but nothing compares to the joy of seeing their faces light up of the sight of us giving them something warm for them to fill their almost or always empty stomachs...even Kids with thesame age as my daughter Annya are there, homeless!

We ended the night by hanging out at my place as usual and be in the company of friends...good people with Golden Hearts who in their small contribution have somehow made a difference in somebody else's life...This is a great way to end the year...

Give... Share... Inspire...

Happy New Year everyone! This year was a blast not only for me but for everyone as well! And like I always say...

Let's keep paying it FORWARD guys! A little kindness really won't hurt, not even a bit!
