Plan to bring my car from Cebu to Bacolod

Hi Guys, need ko advice ninyo.

I am going home to Bacolod next year, Feb 2012. I plan not to sell my car and bring it to Bacolod via Barge/Boat. I have questions in mind on how to bring it there. I have read articles about driving the car to Toledo and take the Roro to San Carlos, then to Bacolod.. <-- I honestly don't know the route going to bacolod from San carlos.. any ideas? And since my car is lowered, I worry about the condition of the road.. Is it cemented? or not?

2nd option, In order for me not to undergo long hours of driving and passing through a not so good road, is there a boat coming from Cebu to Bacolod, like WGA or Sulpicio? How much will it cost me to ship my car from cebu to bacolod through WGA or Sulpicio?

Need advise po, especially sa mga nakapunta na sa bacolod through boat/barge...

best route would be from cebu to toledo passing through the transcentral highway, then barge to san carlos city (I think the rate for a car would be about 2,000), then from san carlos city to bacolod via the eco translink highway, which passes through Don Salvador Benedicto (tourism highway) then Murcia then Bacolod City. The roads are well paved and it shouldn't cause any problem with your lowered car.

You can check the route with google earth. the scenes along the way are wonderful you certainly will enjoy the drive.

from cebu go to toledo port bound for san carlos city. fare for the car would be 1,500 more or less + naa gamay fee pa sa port mga 200 plus. free ang driver sa car. then take the don salvador route going to bacolod. total travel time from toledo to bacolod would be 5 - 6 hours.

Ang road sa Don Salvador kay murag dalan sa transcentral hi way, careful sa mga curves kau grabe pd ang pang pang dd2. Mao na ako usual route everytime going to Bacolod. Sakto ang travel time mentioned by usrolla. However, it may take longer pa due to unfamiliar sa road. Have a safe trip.

sa tabuelan boss, dili lang ko sure if ferry or sulpicio. basin ra pod same lang sa toledo. ang naka paet lang. sa escalante ka agi. ug ingon sila bati daw ang dalan. kay ara daw agi ang mga truck. kay sa don salvador maglisod sila sa ka grabe na ka tungason.heehehe.
