Have you considered buying a book instead? I highly recommend the Photoshop WOW book. I got the CS2 version but you should get the one that matches your Photoshop version installed. You'd probably be spending the same amount of money but at least with a book, you get to keep and refer to it.

If you simply need to post-process photos "naturally" and by that I mean cropping, exposure and white balance correction, a bit of color adjustment, then Lightroom IMO is easier to use for such purposes.

Now, if you really want to attend a class, just make sure the facilitator actually works with Photoshop on a daily basis and not just some instructor reading a school manual. As to where and who, I can't help you as I didn't learn Photoshop in a classroom setting. Books, online articles, and YouTube ra dyud ako sources.
