it's called lactational amenorrhea.. and it's only good for a number of months.. even then, dli gyud gihapon cya 100% sure kay dli man jud mabantayan kanusa jud mustart ug ovulate, labi nag wala pa nagstart ang mens after panganak..

Tinuod na- LAM as explained by reginakrys but need pud nga exclusive breastfeeding~ no lugaw2 (am), no water, no formula milk as in breast milk ra jud. 6 months post partum na ko and hangtod karun walay menses, walay ovulation. but LAM would only work til about 6 months kay by that time expected na man gyud na mag solid food na so monaog na ang hormones and mobalik na ang menses. Dili pasabot na pobre mag breastfeed na jud na, kay kasagaran after 1 month i bona or mag am or kanang sabaw sa rice na gabukal pa. My baby was vaccinated sa barangay health center, kadungan sa mga parehong uyamot but mind you mga 5 ra mi ga exclusive breastfeeding ang uban ga bottle feed or mixed na. So dili na xa logical na assumption.

Lactational Amenorrhea is only effective kung ang mother kay nag continous breast feeding...As much 98%-99.5% effective siya in the first 6 months, to achieve the 98-99.5% effectivity dapat: breast feeeding ra gyd ang source of nutrition sa bata, breast fedding should be done every day and lastly the baby should be 6 months or less

murag dli jud ni tinuod. ako officemate nanganak pg August den ng breastfeed cya, gidugo cya balik pg October den by November buntis na sd cya balik. wla nlng gud cya nibalik ug work, ni resign nlng.
