Does the 100k budget can finish a bare unit 2-storey townhouse in Decahomes Mandaue Prime?

Our unit in Decahomes Mandaue Prime is almost done and we expect it to deliver last week of this month but our budget is 100k only. Will it be enough?

If you have suggestions or ideas please let me know especially sa katong nagkuha pud ug unit didto, you might have an idea ug pila inyong nagasto sa tiles and partition, like where mu nagkuha ug panday to do it coz we really don't have an idea.. Thank you guys and God bless

Depends on what materials you plan to use. The size of the house. The manpower. These are stuffs you need to consider. I may not be an engineer of this field but i think 100k is still not enough.
