i dont know asa mag sugod kay deli ko programmer i just want your opinion if possible bani sya and what language gamiton or mga hardwares needed.

customer call a certain number ------------> if bz --------> press * ----> automatic ma forward sa laing number nga deli bz.

sa backend, pwede ka mag add og unlimited number...

what do you think.. murag possible sya but naay intervention sa hardward or wala na?

Bro VoIP(telephony) na nga field bro... Asterisk lng gamita... for linux na siya .. ng familiarize pa sd ko ana now.. heheh...basic call handling pa lng ko bro...heheh

IMHO, if BZ, deretso na transfer, automatic rerouting..
or naa'y voice prompt... "Your call is important to us..."

For VOIP, you'll need VOIP server, and FXO/FXS cards para maka connect ang line to VOIP Servers..

Or palit nalang oldstyle PBX, inquire lang daan kung naa ingon ana nga function.

naka-agi pud ko ana nga Asterisk for 3 months man gud..

Desktop Application amo gi-himo,
Java language ako gamit, same style sa Elastix og Trixbox ang functions.
Ana man gud to amo boss sauna, "copyaha tanan ilang functions..."

Basta, kato nga company, naka-deploy sauna sa PAG-IBIG office diri sa Cebu, Trixbox siguro gi-gamit nila.

Naa pud sila FXO/FXS card, mao naka-dala og advantage sa ila. Sangoma brand.

ASTERISK is a type of VOIP server nga ikaw mismu mag himu from scratch, dial plan, queues, sip, etc..

to simulate this,

1. Download VOIP softphone, 3CX or X-LITE
2. Install the asterisk sa Server
3. Create SIP Accounts
4. Get the IP Address sa Server
5. Connect to Asterisk server from different PC using softphone,
username: SIP account number
password: provided by user
IP address: Address of server
6. Repeat step 3 and 5 to add more local number.

Create ka og SIP Account through WEB Interface
Mao na to ang local number nimo.

sa mga VOIP based nga PABX murag naa ka mga choices
1. callcenter style = incoming call > call distribuition function > available/not engaged extension nga gi set sa distribution function
2. follow me function (mao ni ako gi gamit) = kung dili available si extension 888 .. iya i forward kang extension 555
