There is no such thing as peace talks with the abu sayyaf bandits. That is IF the suspects in the video are indeed Abu Sayyaf members.. And there is an info that most of the suspects in the video kuno are already dead in later encounters. Allegedlt it's a video from 2007 belonging to the group of Al Bader Parad.

The main problem here is that these people are like chameleons.. Sometimes they are abu sayyaf, then all of the sudden they become MILF, then at times they are renegade bandits or plain lawless elements...

if all the suspects in these video are dead in later encounters, then the cycle of violence just goes on. their sons will pick up the gun and start killing people like this. How can we really attain true peace in Mindanao?
