go to north terminal unahan sm then sakay ug ceres bus for hagnaya. in hagnaya there will be ferries bound for bantayan, sakay nasad ka ani. upon arrival in bantayan there will be trisikad waiting, choose one and tell the driver that you need to take a look first the resorts so that you will have the option on where to stay. perhaps they will also recommend to you there choice of resort.

I don't know what time is the 1st trip but normally when we go to Bantayan, we go to the terminal at 7am. The fare is 100+.

Yes there is a wifi in the resto of Kota Beach.
