Things to consider:
1. Stable ba ang imong balhinan nga company
2. Good reputation
3. Dako ba jud ug difference ang salary
4. Location wise ok ba ka? kay basin perti pd pagkalayoa ang salary difference adto ra sa transpo
5. If ang imong balhinan is mas ok kaau when it comes to knowledge improvement... meaning mas daghan ka makat-onan.... Improvement on your side bah
And if above is ok, then resign ug tarong para pd magamit nimo ang imong experience sa current nga company nga pang resume... heheheehhe
