the best thing to delete everything on your hard drive that cannot be retrieved is do a "low level" format, it's available on disk utilities such as seagate, western digital, ontrack, maxtor, etc. this disk utilities are always saved on a floppy disk and included when buying a hard disk (in the 90's) but not anymore today, so, if your lucky enough to get a copy of those, that would be good. low level format erases the disk memory, thus no trace of the files (including viruses and bad sectors) can be found.
mao ba ni sa seagate?
